Service description
MagenDetect provides an API for detecting antisemitism, anti-Israel bias, and context omissions in text content. The service includes content analysis, audit log storage, and a self-service dashboard for API key management and billing.
Acceptable use
You agree to use MagenDetect only for lawful content moderation, compliance, and editorial purposes. You may not use the service to circumvent content moderation systems, generate false compliance reports, or automate censorship decisions without human review of flagged content.
API usage and quotas
Your plan determines your monthly API call quota. Exceeding the quota results in 429 responses until the next monthly reset. Quotas reset on the first of each calendar month, UTC. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Disclaimer
MagenDetect provides automated content analysis as a decision-support tool. Detection results are probabilistic, not definitive. Human editorial judgment should always be applied to flagged content before taking action. We do not guarantee that all instances of antisemitism or bias will be detected, nor that all detections are correct.
Limitation of liability
MagenDetect is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to regulatory fines, editorial decisions, or reputational harm resulting from false positives or false negatives in detection results.
